Is it possible to see the koi before purchasing?

Of course: visit by appointment or personalized video of the specimen.

Do I need to acclimate my koi to the pond?

Absolutely yes.

Let the bag float for 15-20 minutes (to equalize the temperature), then gradually add pond water for another 15 minutes; transfer the koi using a net, without pouring out the transport water.

Can I keep different varieties together?

Yes, as long as the water parameters are stable and the number of koi is adequate for the volume of the pond (≈ 1000 l per adult koi).

What is the best food?

It depends on the season and the objective:
High Growth (≥ 15 °C) for rapid growth
Gold Plus to intensify colours
Vital (≥ 4 °C) for immunity and easy digestion

How many times a day should I feed koi?

1-2 times in spring/autumn, up to 4 times in summer; suspend below 8°C.

Can I mix different foods?

Yes, alternating protein and immunostimulant promotes balanced growth.

Each project is tailor-made: shape, materials (concrete, PVC/EPDM), depth and scenography.

What permits are needed to build a pond?

Permits are usually not required for spaces under 30 m², but this depends on local building regulations; we provide bureaucratic assistance.

What kind of maintenance does a koi pond require?

Daily skimmer, weekly filter backwash, fortnightly water test (NH₃-NO₂-NO₃), seasonal plant pruning.

What to do if the water turns green?

Check supercharging, replace UV lamp, check filter flow and plant fertilization.
